PokerTracker Adds Replayer Support for 3-Max Hands
If you don't already know,
PokerTracker 4 is one of the most well-known brands in the third-party poker software industry due to providing its customers a world-class experience for over a decade. The software is best known for its awesome HUD and its powerful poker tracking database.
One of the reasons PokerTracker over the years has developed such a loyal customer base is the fact it is frequently rolling out updates to its product. The software giant doesn’t charge a subscription, but just a one-time price when purchasing a lifetime license and gives its customers all of the updates absolutely for free.
Just before the weekend, PokerTracker 4 unveiled its latest release, PokerTracker 4.14.21. Most, but not all the changes related to site specific issues that are now addressed.
Two of the changes were not poker site specific. They changed their tournament stats to show the number of big blinds each player is showing in the HUD to two digits. Previously this was rounded to the nearest big blind. While rounding was useful to many players, some of the players that run advanced calculations when studying may find a raise where they were previously folding and vice versa thanks to the update.
Additionally, the HUD Editor fixed an issue where it would crash when font sizes were set to 0. This probably didn’t affect most of its customer base, but good to see it fixed.
For players on PokerStars, the hand history replayer will now be able to run 3-max hands. Additionally they fixed an issue where the prize pool was not being properly read in the popular lottery-style Spin & Go’s. This is important as many players were manually adjusting their stats here while others had inaccurate information in their database on their ROI and other information related to these games.
Play money players on PokerStars also received a fix as high-stakes games were blocked in the small-stakes PokerTracker 4 license. Since these are play money games, it makes sense that these are now not blocked in the cheaper version of the software.
Players on the PokerStars UK domain now have improved detection of entry costs of satellite games.
On PokerStars’ sister site Full Tilt, there was an issue with the fast-fold hands from Zoom Poker which is now resolved.
Players on 888poker now have the rake properly being recorded in the capped no-limit hold’em games which recently increased. Additionally, an issue where freerolls were being recorded with a €30+3 buy-in are now showing correctly in the new version.
For players on iPoker, a fix was employed for Double or Nothing tournaments and an issue that was introduced in PokerTracker 4.14.20 where the hand counter was increasing for duplicate hands even though the duplicate hands themselves were not being imported.
With PokerTracker 4 constantly staying on top of its game by constantly rolling out updates, it is one of the best poker tracking and HUD software providers in the world. If you are not already using this software, why not
